Is registration required?
No. Registration is not required to browse through our site.

When will my order arrive?
The arrival date of your order depends greatly on the availability from
the manufacturer. After an order has been placed, our customer support staff
will contact you with the estimated time of arrival. If immediate delivery
is required, please specify it in the "Suggestions and Comments"
box when ordering.
I can't find what I'm looking for
If you do not see what you're looking for, please contact our customer service
representatives for no obligation information. Although our online catalog
is updated on a regular basis, it is only a partial list of our vast range
of products available.

What does "refurbished"
mean?
Keomed service technicians
replace all parts that are not functioning correctly or appear in poor condition,
and add available factory authorized safety features. The equipment is cleaned,
painted as needed, and tested to manufacturer's specifications to be sure
equipment is functioning properly before shipping to the customer.
Are
refurbished machines under warranty?
A one-year warranty applies to the anesthesia machine and to any vaporizers
that are included. This does not include preventive maintenance service
or parts used during preventive maintenance.

How to Order
Placing your order at Keomed.com is very easy. Please follow these steps
to take advantage of Keomed.com's great savings now.
Finding Your Item
First, you will need to browse or search for the items you would like
to order. To conduct a keyword "search" for an item, click
on the "search" link available on nearly every page of our
store. You will also find products organized in departments in our store
directory. Simply click on the desired category and browse around for
more detailed, product listings.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you would like to order an item, enter the desired quantity and click
on the "Add to Cart" button located toward the bottom of the
detailed listings. If you have not logged in, or registered yet, you
will be asked to do so before adding items to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout
Follow the four easy steps to verify your order and to proceed with
the checkout process. If you have any special requests, or comments
regarding your order, please enter them in the specified box. All requests
and comments will be reviewed by our customer service team when processing
your order. Items in your cart will be saved even if you decide not
to purchase them right away.
Shipping Address and Shipping Method
Purchased items will be sent to your default shipping address (address
that was specified when registering). To ship them to a different location,
please type in the desired address. Select the shipping method and click
on the "Compute Total" button.
Currently, our online store does not support international orders. If
you are a customer residing outside of the United States, please contact
our customer service representatives to place your order.
Method of Payment
Keomed accepts Visa, MasterCard and Purchase Orders. All orders must be
prepaid. To submit an order by fax, please complete and submit the fax
order form.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all the information you have provided and make
any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Purchase
Now" button to submit your order. You will receive an email message
to confirm your order. We will contact you again at the time of shipment.

Search Tips
To search for a specific item, click on the "Search" button located
on the upper horizontal bar. You may then search for the product by its
product name, item number, department name, or manufacturer.
Pricing and Availability
At Keomed.com, we're committed to making sure you always receive the best
value on every purchase you make.
Price and quantity for every item is listed within our online store directory.
To view the total purchase costs of an item (including shipping and handling),
please register, enter the product into your basket, and continue with the
shopping process. Orders will not be processed until a valid credit card
or purchase order number is entered and confirmed.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note
that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping
process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the more than -1
items in our catalog are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify
prices as part of our shipping procedures.
Should you find a lower-priced item somewhere else, Keomed.com will gladly
match this price..

All items returned to Keomed, Inc. must be authorized by our customer service

How to Manage Your Account
To make any changes to your
personal account, click on the "My Account" button located at
the top of nearly every page. You will need to login with your username
and password before accessing your account.
Changing Your Account Information
If your email, address, or tax exemption number has changed, or if you know
your password but would like to change it, it is easy to update that information
online by logging in to your account.
Simply fill out the form with the updated information and click on the "Update"
button.

Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms are net 20 days from date of invoice for those customers with
established credit. To establish credit, please print the following
credit
application and fax it back to us. Application is in Microsoft Word
format. If you are experiencing any difficulties obtaining the application,
please contact our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to fax
or send you a copy.
No minimum order.
All orders are FOB Shipping
Point and normally shipped by FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Priority
shipping such as FedEx Next Day, FedEx Second Day can
be sent with an additional charge.
Volume pricing is available
through our Customer Service Department.
Keomed, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject
to change without notice and do not include shipping.

Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in
U.S. Dollars or checks denominated in US Dollars and drawn on a US bank.
Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code)
MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down
your order somewhat, as we don't process your items until your check is
received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If
you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays
your order.
Paying by Purchase Order
To pay by purchase order, you must be an established customer with a
credit history. To establish credit please contact our Customer Service
Department and request the proper forms.

Sales
Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Minnesota.
Minnesota state laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount
of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part
of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is
calculated.
If you have a tax exempt
number, please enter it in the correct field while ordering online. If
you have any questions, please contact customer services when making your
purchase.

Claims

by qualified personnel. Selection and suitability of items and their intended
use are the sole responsibility of the users.
The deterioration of rubber
and organic materials are hastened by many factors. Rubber goods, plastic
and glass components will not be accepted for return to the manufacturer.
Sterile items and items
not in original packing will not be accepted for return.
