COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF U.S. ANESTHESIA DISTRIBUTOR, KEOMED GROUP OF COMPANIES

ABINGDON,
OXFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND – November 1, 2007 - Penlon today announced that it had
completed the acquisition of Keomed Inc., and the Keomed group of companies, a
respected U.S. distributor of Penlon anesthesia systems and other anesthesia
supplies.

|
The
Minnetonka MN, USA based Keomed Group (trading as Penlon - America) will join
the UK based Penlon. Keomed will work closely with Penlon, a manufacturer and
developer of anesthesia systems, patient monitoring, laryngoscopes, suction,
oxygen therapy devices and medical gas solutions, to further increase Penlon’s
growing market share in the U.S.A.
